Who we are

Kuehner-Consulting has been founded early 2015 in order to provide a specific Consulting approach to companies.

The aim is to find sustainable solutions based on knowledge and experiences accumulated during en entire career.

Our approach

The approach is built around “TEAM” (Time, Energy, Advantage, Mentalities) which is focusing on two targets: processes itself and people active therein.

Process mastership finally leads to convergence of mentalities to build a more consistent and performant group.

Processes

A process can be understood as a technical task flow within a company that aims for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.

People

However, people are enforcing these technical process rules and are keeping them “alive”. People are therefore in the centre of our approach.
